What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in Philippine Peso.

 

Why Is My Card Being Declined When I Place An Order?

The billing address you are using may not match the billing address tied to your card. Please be sure to check that the billing address is correct and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter.

 

Do You Offer Bulk Pricing?

Shipping

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over P2500 shipping within Metro Manila, Philippines. Furniture items are excluded from free shipping and have a shipping fee based on price and/or quantity. Shipping rates for orders under P2500, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.

 

When Can I Expect My Order To Arrive?

Due to increased order volume, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience.


Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Manila, PH.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Please allow an additional 7–10 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Framed art prints will ship in 4-6 weeks. Orders containing framed art prints will be held until the framed art prints are ready to ship.

 

Do You Offer International Shipping?

We offer FedEx international shipping across the globe for most products – simply enter your destination country during check out. Inner Space is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

How Do I Find Out The Status Of My Order?

You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email our customer care team at [email protected].

 

Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.

 

How Should I Report A Missing Item / Damaged Or Defective Item From My Order?

Please report any damaged or missing items to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. Framed art prints are final sale and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. Personalized Printed items are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our swimwear collection within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. While there is no restock fee, shipping costs are considered the responsibility of the customer, using the carrier of your choice.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

How Do I Return An Item?

1. Make sure that your order qualifies

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Personalized orders, framed art prints, and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.


2. Return your order and packing slip. Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.


3. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact [email protected].
